A recipe for garlic? Yes, indeed. The taste of fresh, crunched garlic is nice, but you can do so much better!

Here is what you need:

  • Garlic
  • Plenty of Olive oil

Remove the bottom of the garlic, allowing you to see the individual gloves, but not more than that. Put the garlic as one bowl in a ramekin, sprinkle with plenty of oil and cover with aluminum foil. Put in an oven for an hour or so on 140° Celsius. Maybe reduce the temperature to 120° Celsius after 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool and gently open and peel the garlic. If all is well you will now have cooked garlic gloves. Put in a small jar and cover with oil. Store in the fridge.
Prepared this way the garlic is much tastier and sweeter than you could imagine.
